This competition welcomes athletes competing under USAG, AAU, and NGA! Join us for this fun meet and take home custom plush bear awards and team banners! This meet is a USAG-WI Compulsory Qualifier.

    All payments are required to be made online at meetmaker.com

    Registration is free online with an electronic check. A 3% convenience fee is incurred with the use of a credit or debit card.

    ••••• ENTRY DEADLINE •••••

    Friday, September 12, 2025. Entries after the deadline are subject to a $15 per athlete late fee.

    ••••• REFUND POLICY •••••

    100% Refunds are given if scratches are done in meetmaker.com by midnight of Friday, October 24, 2025.

    No refunds for any reason are given after this date. There will be no exchanges of athletes unless they are the same level, session and age group.

    USAG Women’s Levels 1-5, Bronze: $TBA by USAG WI SAC

    USAG Women's Levels 6-10, Silver - Sapphire and HUGS: $115

    AAU Women’s Levels 1-8, OO and Xcel Copper - Sapphire with the following divisions: Youth, Adult (19+), Coed and Special Stars: $115

    AAU Men’s 4x4: $115

    NGA Women’s 1N through 10N: $115

    Coaches MUST bring athletes AAU cards to the meet. AAU Youth Athlete Membership Must be obtained before the competition. Be Prepared: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.

    ••••• USAG •••••

    Please make sure all coaches attending the meet are entered into the meet via the USA Gymnastics reservation system prior to arriving so that all coaches will be verified. If they are not, please send us their names and USAG # and we will get them entered. If coaches are not in the system it will take extra time at check-in. If coaches are not pre-registered they will be required to present their USAG Membership card as it must be scanned prior to them being allowed on the floor.

    Coach w/o current NGA membership is NOT allowed on competition floor during event, no exceptions. Coach members must show proof of membership at any time during event.

    $20 for Adults (Ages 13-64) per day

    $15 for Youth (Ages 5-12) per day

    $15 for Seniors (Ages 65+) per day

    FREE for Children Age 4 and Under

  • Scoring by ProScore will be posted in real time and will be accessible through meetscoresonline.com.

  • USAG LEVEL 2 & BRONZE:

    Individual Events: Medals for 50% of participants in each age group.

    All Around: Medals for 100% of participants in each age group.

    • Top 50% receive placement Award

    • Bottom 50% receive a participation medal

    Team Awards 50%

    USAG LEVEL 3-5:

    Individual Events: Medals for 50% of participants in each age group.

    All Around: 50% of participants in each age group receive placement award, either medal or trophy.

    Medals for 50% of places for Individual Events and 100% AA.

    TEAM AWARDS 

    Team banners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, suitable for hanging in your facility will be awarded each session to ALL teams with 3 or more athletes per level that enter the team competition.
