Let’s all sing together…”All I want for Christmas is…..COOKIES!” Join us for the 1st Annual Christmas Cookie Classic hosted by Evolve Kids Gymnastics and 360 Sports Events welcoming athletes competing under USAG, AAU, and NGA! We are baking up some great custom medals, team banners and meet gifts for this new competition!

USAG: Register through USAG Meet Reservation System. Log in to USAG and choose the Club Administrator tab on the left and then click Meet Reservations. AAU and NGA: Proceed directly to meetmaker.com to register.
••••• PAYMENTS •••••
All payments are required to be made online at meetmaker.com Registration is free online with an electronic check. A 3% convenience fee is incurred with the use of a credit or debit card.
••••• ENTRY DEADLINE •••••
Friday, November 1, 2024. Entries after the deadline are subject to a $15 per athlete late fee.

100% Refunds are given if scratches are done in meetmaker.com by midnight of Friday, November 1, 2024.

Coaches MUST bring athletes AAU cards to the meet. AAU Membership may not be included as part of the meet entry fee. AAU Youth Athlete Membership Must be obtained before the competition. Be Prepared: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event. Please allow 10 days for membership to be processed.

USAG coaches must present a current USAG membership card at meet check-in.
••••• NGA •••••
Coach w/o current NGA membership is NOT allowed on competition floor during event, no exceptions. Coach members must show proof of membership at any time during event.

There are some pretty great hotels in the area! Please choose whichever works best for you as there will not be a designated host hotel for this event.

Tickets will be sold at the venue. Cash Only. There are no advance sales.

Scoring by ProScore will be posted in real time and will be accessible through myusagym.com and meetscoresonline.com.
The myusagym app is free and is currently available in Apple’s App Store. For those whose devices do not use the iOS platform, the live results are also available at myusagym.com, which can be accessed from any device.

Custom Medals will be given for individual events and in the All-Around.
Team banners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, suitable for hanging in your facility will be awarded each session to ALL teams with 3 or more athletes per level that enter the team competition.
