Set against the stunning backdrop of Hilton Head Island, the 2026 XCEL Championships Invitational promises an unforgettable combination of competition and family-friendly fun. This event brings together top Xcel athletes from across the nation to compete to determine the best Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire gymnast on each event and the all-around in each age group. Only those that have qualified are invited to participate in this nationwide event.
Our host venue, the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa, offers convenience, comfort, and coastal beauty all in one place. The competition will take place in the elegant resort ballroom, just steps from the beach and all the amenities you need for a fun-filled, relaxing time.
The Area
Beyond the meet, Hilton Head Island is packed with activities for every member of the family—gorgeous beaches (watch for dolphins!), world-class golf and tennis, deep-sea fishing, scenic bike trails, horseback riding, kayak rentals, Segway and golf cart adventures, unique shopping, and exceptional dining.

••••• QUALIFICATION •••••
A qualification score is required from ONE of the following USA Gymnastics sanctioned events in the 2025-2026 Season:
A. Invitational, State, or Regional AA Score of 33.00
B. Individual Event Specialist (IES) Score of 8.50 from an Invitational, State, or Regional competition
C. High School Seniors: No Qualifying Score Required
Athletes must compete at the level in which they received the qualifying score. With no score requirement, seniors must compete at the same level they competed at all season.
All athletes must attend and compete with a professional gymnastics coach. Athletes, Clubs and Coaches must be USA Gymnastics members.
If the 360 Sports Events team is unable to independently verify qualification scores, you will be asked to provide proof of gymnasts scores and level.

••••• COACHES CHECK-IN / CREDENTIALS PICKUP •••••
All coaches will need to sign-in at coaches check-in upon arrival and pick up their credentials. Please make sure all coaches attending the meet are entered into the meet via the USA Gymnastics reservation system prior to arrival so that all coaches will be verified.
If coaches are not pre-registered they will be required to present their USAG Membership card as it must be scanned prior to being allowed on the floor.
Xcel Championships Invitational provided credentials are to be worn at all times. Only athletes assigned to the session, their coaches, and meet officials are allowed in the Field of Play during the competition.

Late Entries ARE ALLOWED as space permits. Meet host reserves the right to close registration early if meet fills before entry deadline date. Entries after the deadline are subject to a $15 per athlete late fee.

Getting There: There are plenty of ways to get to and around the island, once you arrive. Pre-arrange ground transportation via rental car at both the Hilton Head Island Airport and Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, reserve a taxi/limousine through a transportation service, or hop on the seasonal Hilton Head Island trolley, “The Breeze”.
By Car: From I-95, take Exit 8 (eight miles North of the Georgia border) onto Highway 278 and go East following the signs for Hilton Head Island. Continue for about 17 miles and cross the bridges over the Intracoastal Waterway to Hilton Head Island.
By Plane: The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is about 45 miles south of the island just over the Georgia border in Savannah, GA. Allegiant, American, Avelo, Breeze, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Silver Airways, Southwest, Sun Country, and United offer nonstop service to 34 destinations.
Hilton Head Island Airport is located approximately 5 miles from all Hilton Head Island resorts. American, Delta and United offer year-round and seasonal direct nonstop flights from eight destinations. Check with carriers for route schedules and details.

The awards ceremony will take place in a separate area adjacent to the competitive arena.
Top 40% All-Around and Individual Event winners for each of the age divisions in each level are determined by the competition. Medals will be presented.
Winning Teams Recognition: USA Gymnastics has eight regions. The winning regions will be determined at the conclusion of the competition by calculating the top 5 scores per level, regardless of age group. Winning Teams will be recognized by an official announcement on our digital and social channels.

Although a final schedule will not be available until after the entry deadline, below is a tentative level schedule we begin with.
Saturday: BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD
Sunday: PLATINUM, DIAMOND, SAPPHIRE
Additional sessions may be scheduled on Friday if needed.
