From contracting venues to the posting of the final score, we do it all!  360 Sports Events LLC is a full-service leader in gymnastics event production that began in 2011 with the goal of creating a Complete Sports Event Solution. Since then, we have hosted hundreds of invitational, state, regional and national competitions including the Wisconsin Dells Gymnastics Vacation Classic, a 6-time Nastia Liukin Cup Qualifier and partnered with clubs to produce events such as Chicago Style, one of the world’s largest gymnastics meets in downtown Chicago, Illinois.

Our experienced team, along with our partner team at Gymlinks Equipment, an official SPIETH distributor and Sporteez Design, work together on all aspects of event management including venue selection, contracting, hotel selection, advertising, registration, scheduling, judges procurement, awards, catering, decorations, meet staffing, merchandise, scoring, gymnastics equipment services and more!

meet our leadership team

Douglas Jonuska

Founder / Owner

Doug is the owner and founder of 360 Sports Events. The Jonuska family opened their first gymnastics facility, CSA Kids, in 1974 and will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary in 2024. Doug has been a lifelong competitor, coach, educator, manager, and owner in the industry including before and after receiving a BS in Sports Management from the University of Wisconsin. In addition to gymnastics clubs, Doug owns and operates Gymlinks Equipment, a SPIETH Official Distributor that provides competition rental services and equipment sales across the United States, and Sporteez, a custom on-site and online apparel company.

Doug has successfully hosted numerous Invitational, State, Regional, and National Championship events across the country and has served as a Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) District State Chairman and on the AAU National Executive Committee.

Rhonda christensen

Operations Manager / Meet Director

Rhonda joined the 360 Sports leadership team in 2011. As Operations Manager and Meet Director, Rhonda leads early planning through day of coordination for all events. From contracting the venue to printing out the latest rotation sheet at the scoring table, Rhonda plays an active role in each events success.

Rhonda has over 25 years of gymnastics event experience that she brings to the team, having spent 15 Years as Meet Director, Gym Manager and Treasurer for Illinois Gymnastics Institute (IGI) Chicago Style, one of the United States largest women’s gymnastics competitions at Navy Pier in Chicago.

In addition to events, Rhonda has run business offices at gymnastics clubs including IGI, Evolve Kids, CSA Kids and Illinois Valley Gymnastics Academy (IVGA).

Getting her start in the industry as a gym parent, Rhonda understands the importance of creating lasting memories for every gymnast at each event we produce.

Rhonda also leads business operations at Sporteez and Gymlinks Equipment.

Zac Seefeldt

Events and Special Projects Manager

Zac joined the 360 Sports team in 2019 and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional sports events within the gymnastics industry as well as event operations for runDisney at Walt Disney World Resort.

In addition to events, Zac brings extensive leadership experience to 360 Sports having managed multi-unit teams for international brands such as Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Subway, and serving as Director of Training and Development and Project Manager for Schlotzsky’s and Cinnabon restaurants. Zac also owns and operates Zac Tyler Services LLC, a Florida-based business, events and marketing management company.

As an Events and Special Projects Manager at 360 Sports Events, Zac is part of the leadership team that produces each event from start to finish, specifically focusing on day-of event operations, multimedia, IT, advertising, design and special projects that support our goal to provide athletes a fun, organized and memorable experience.

Zac also leads the national sales and rentals of SPIETH equipment at Gymlinks Equipment and project management for Sporteez and CSA Kids.
